I acknowledge and agree that the RVO Gravel 69 (“the event”) being a high speed cycling event that is held along open and public roads, is an extreme sport and that it is inherent in the event that there is the risk of serious injury, illness, death and/or damage to sporting and other equipment.

I acknowledge that the event is conducted on open roads that are open to normal vehicular traffic and that I shall abide by all Kenya traffic laws. I appreciate and understand the risks inherent in this event and my participation therein. I accept these risks and confirm that I participate in the event at my own sole and absolute risk.
